Now that the weather is warming and with the spring selling season arriving, does anyone have any insight
into what the market may do? I am noticing more at the shore beginning to sell. Does anyone have any hot spot suggestions?

My husband and I are new immigrants who live (rent) and work in Atlantic City. We would like to buy our own
place, no matter how humble. We don't want to stay in Atlantic City despite the Live Where You Work program because the condo units are too small and have no assigned parking slots. We're choosing between 1BR/1BA listings in Brigantine( a bit more spacious, with parking) and 2BR/1.5 to 2 BA listings in Absecon, within the same price range. What would be the better buy for us, in terms of future rentability and value appreciation? We're senior citizens and we intend to sell, rent out or avail of home equity in about 6 years.

I'm looking to purchase a condo in Brigantine City, NJ. One house, separated into two condos.
This condo is a home with two levels. The owner is selling the top level as one unit and the bottom level as another unit. Can someone shed some light on purchasing a unit of this sort? What should I be aware of and how is the resale on units like this?
